Sweet Events offers packages for every price range and for all your event needs. We also work with many venues in the area to accommodate your event theme. We look forward to helping make all of your visions come to life. 


Basic Package

Starting at $1,300 for sixteen tables (128 guest)

Add $20 for each additional table needed



  • Set up and break down of your event
  • Square tables (each table seats 8 guest)
  • White folding chairs
  • White, black or ivory napkins and table cloths
  • Table runners in your color choice
  • You get to choose and decorate your tables with the theme of your wedding. We have a storehouse of decorations, including vases, chandeliers, bling and rustic items. You won't have to buy anything for your table decorations, we have it all!
  • Access to our DJ and sound equipment
  • 6 hours of wedding consulting.

Standard Package 

Starting at $3,300 for twenty tables (160 guest)

Add $30 for each additional table needed


Sweet Events is booking now for weddings at exclusive wedding venues. This is an all-inclusive package and includes the following items:

  • Set up and break down of your event
  • Square tables (each table seats 8)
  • White folding chairs
  • White, black or ivory napkins and table cloths
  • Overlays or runners in your color choice
  • Chair ties or chair covers
  • You get to choose and decorate your tables with the theme of your wedding. We have a storehouse of decorations, including vases, chandeliers, bling and rustic items. You won't have to buy anything for your table decorations, we have it all!
  • All accessory tables: gift table, sign in table, and cake table
  • Event backdrops
  • Floral arrangements for all tables
  • Event workers (assistants will clear off the dinner tables so you won’t have to hire someone).
  • Access to our DJ and sound equipment.
  • Champagne toast and cake cutting service.
  • Wine glasses at the bar and water carafes at each table.
  • 6 hours of wedding consulting

Deluxe Package 

Starting at $4,500 for twenty five tables (200 guest)

Add $30 for each additional tables needed


Sweet Events is booking now for weddings at exclusive wedding venues. This is an all-inclusive package and includes the following items:

  • ALL DAY COORDINATING OF YOUR EVENT
  • Square tables (each table seats 8)
  • White folding chairs
  • White, black or ivory napkins and table cloths
  • Overlays or runners in your color choice
  • Chair ties or chair covers
  • Plates, silverware and water goblets for each guest
  • All accessory tables: sign in table, gift table, and cake table
  • White Linens for the gift table, sign in table, and cake table
  • Decoration of ceremony area
  • Event Lights
  • Flowers for the bridal party:* Bride’s bouquet and toss bouquet, 3 brides-maid’s bouquets, 1 flower girl’s bouquet
  • 1 groom’s boutonniere, 3 groomsmen’s boutonnieres, 1 Ring bearer’s boutonniere
  • *Additional boutonniere’s $10, bouquets $30, wrist corsages $15
